Auditor of Public Accounts Ed Hatchett today announced the appointment of Alicia Allen Boyd, CPA, to the position of Executive Director of the Office of Quality Assurance and Consultation (QAC) in the State Auditor's office.
Boyd will evaluate the quality of financial, performance, and IT audits produced by the State Auditor's office, as well as direct personnel training programs for the office. She joins the office Executive Management Team. A native of Floyd County, Boyd received her B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Morehead State University. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1996. "I am please that Alicia Boyd has agreed to join our management team," said Hatchett. "She is a consummate professional and a tenacious protector of taxpayer interests." |
