Auditor of Public Accounts Ed Hatchett announced that his office web site, www.auditor.ky.gov , is now multilingual, offering visitors the opportunity to read our web site in eight languages in addition to English.
"We want information about our work to reach the widest possible audience, so we are offering our web site in Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Korean," said Hatchett. "Whether you say 'Auditor of Public Accounts' or 'Interventor de cuentas publicas,' the language of government accountability and transparency is now spoken here." Noting that the cost of the translating software was negligible, Hatchett invited all Kentuckians to visit his office web site. |
